Right to data portability

2. Data collection on our website

Contact forms
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the personal data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. To answer the enquiry or follow-up questions, your data will, if necessary, be passed on to other members of the Pechstein family, provided this is required. Otherwise, we will not pass on your data to third parties without your consent.
The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter into the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Processing data
We also collect, process and use personal data insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content design or modification of a legal relationship, e.g. in the case of reproduction requests. This is done on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
The collected data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
3. Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must establish a connection to Google's servers. As a result, Google will become aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
